Why The Observable exists
Many digital products are overcomplicated, unclear, or disconnected from how people actually make decisions. We built The Observable to create tools that are practical and grounded in real user needs — starting with finance and property.
Built by AI, reviewed by engineers
Everything you see — this website, LoanMetric, PropMetric, and our social content — was built using AI tools. We use ChatGPT, OpenAI models, Claude, Cursor AI, Gamma, and HeyGen across design, engineering, content, and video workflows.
Experienced engineering review sits at the centre of every step. Architecture, security, quality, and product judgement are all reviewed by senior engineers — giving us startup velocity without compromising on reliability or clarity.
SocialAgents: internal proof, external value
We use SocialAgents internally to run our social content workflow: topic intake in Slack, AI-assisted drafting, brand and compliance checks, and human approval before publishing.
The system is engineer-reviewed end to end, giving us consistency, speed, and governance in one operating model. It is also the playbook we use when partnering selectively with teams who want a similar automation setup for their own content operations.
